Going solid and adjustable in the ear. Sure, the suspension system under your Mustang is no slouch, but it was designed for ride comfort and quality, not for ultimate performance on the racetrack. If you want to get the most out of your Pony car, you need to think solid and adjustable. Adjustability is the name of the game in a rear suspension setup if you want to go fast in a stock suspension car.
Thinking solid in terms of parts is also key, as components made from materials such as chromoly are less likely to stress or deform under the load of high RPM launches. If traction and straight line acceleration are your goals, adjustability is a must. If you can move your instant center and adjust the pre-load and pinion angle, you have the foundation for a well-functioning suspension.
The downside to solid bushings is an increase in noise and vibration. This is far from optimum for drag racing purposes.

I went in to pick it up and the mechanic says there is a knock in the lower engine, he starts it up it starts right up and lets it run for about 30 seconds, so my friend and I go outside to talk and decide to take it home rather than pay the additional dollars. We go in to get the scooter and suddenly it won’t start.

One strap utilizes a Flat Hook sewn on one end and a Cam Buckle sewn on the opposite end. The second strap to the set utilizes a Flat Hook sewn on one end. The two hooks on each strap are designed to be used for attachment to whatever you want to secure, hold down, etc. After putting the hooks in place, you then pull open the Cam Buckle and feed in the loose end of the strap. With the webbing fed up through the bottom of the Cam Buckle, and out through the slot, simply pull the webbing to desired tightness.
To loosen simply open the Cam Buckle to pull the webbing free. This strap is used in light to medium applications. Flat nylon is best used for higher abrasion applications.

Here’s what you need to know about how a PMS works and the basics of tuning one. To start off with lets set the throttle position sensor, so the PMS is on the right load tables. Warm the car up to operating temperature do this with a drive. Set your base idle with the idle motor unplugged at rpm with the throttle screw. Now shut the car off, turn key to on position and check your T. Take that voltage lets say it is 1. Now turn off key and turn it back on.
It should say idle now on the data screen. If not readjust voltage numbers till it does.
